About ACMN
College Structure
The Australasian College of Medical Nutrition (ACMN) is a company limited by guarantee, registered in Australia.
ACMN is a not-for-profit organisation and donations made to it are tax deductible in the hands of the donor in Australia.
ACMN is a governed by a Council, elected by ACMN ordinary members (who are medical doctors). The Council appoints office bearers to an Executive Board, which in turn is accountable for the day-to-day running of the College.
The Executive Board consists of:
• chairperson
• vice-chairperson
• treasurer
• secretary
• training chairperson
The first Council and Executive Board consists of those founding members who signed the Constitution in late 2008.
The College’s ACN is 136 719 714 and the ABN is 95 136 719 714.
